Bio

I started my experience in the "Micro and Nano Biotech Lab" of the University of Messina where I received an intensive training in Phage display technology. In 2018 I obtained my PhD in Medical and Surgical Biotechnologies. I am currently a Postdoctoral researcher at the “Metchnikoff Microbial Biotech Lab” (UniMe) where I am focusing my attention on the immune modulation of innate immunity as alternative strategy to treat infections caused by antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
