个人简介
His research interests span from very low phase noise frequency synthesis, cold atoms frequency standards, long distance fiber optical frequency dissemination, high power fiber lasers to ultra-stable lasers and femtosecond laser combs. He is author and co-author of more than 110 peer-reviewed technical articles and he was the recipient of the 2015 European Frequency and Time Award for his outstanding contributions to the development of ultra-low phase noise methods and systems for microwave and optical atomic clocks, of fibre-based optical frequency combs, and of optical fibre links.,Dr. Santarelli is also Associate Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control.
