个人简介
My research emerges from a fascination with the agency and empowerment of women based on gender and other forms of difference. This includes work on the gendered nature of non-traditional employment manifest in its inherent masculinity, the emergence of women in male-dominated sectors, and writing differently stemming from feminist theory and practices in the field of management and organisation studies to build alternative discussions of changing forms in neoliberal academia.
