Han Xiao

Han Xiao received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2003 and 2008, respectively. He joined industry and worked on advanced process development since 2008. He is currently a Researcher in the Advanced Institute of Information Technology, Peking University, Hangzhou, China. His research interests include new materials, semiconductor devices, process, low-power circuit design, and their integration and industrialization.
