Hongzhong Zheng

Hongzhong Zheng (Member, IEEE) received the PhD degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago. He is a technical leader and research scientist with Computing Technology Lab, Alibaba DAMO Academy. Prior to joining Alibaba, he was a director with the Memory Solutions Lab, USA R&D Center of Samsung Semiconductor. His research interests include novel memory system architecture, emerging memory technologies and systems, processing in-memory architecture for machine learning applications, computer architecture and system performance modeling, and energy-efficient computing system designs. He is a member of the ACM.
