Ouyang Hui

Hui Ouyang is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas (started 2022). Dr. Ouyang earned her Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota at Twin-cities (Aerosol Science and Technology) and her MS from the University of Akron (MEMS lab) and her BS (Fluid Machinery) from Xi’an Jiaotong University. She is the recipient of the Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship award in 2014 at UMN. She has taught both ME undergraduate and graduate courses. She is the recipient of the Outstanding Faculty Teaching Award in 2019 at UTD. Her research areas of interest include aerosol measurements/control of bioaerosols in indoor environments and aerosol transport in the atmosphere.
