Jadranka Stojanovski, PhD, (f) is the associate professor at the Department of Information Sciences at University of Zadar and research librarian at Ruđer Bošković Institute. She holds an MSc degree in physics and MSc and PhD in information sciences. Jadranka led and took part in a range of projects, focused on the organization of information about research in Croatia. Established open access services, like Croatian Scientific Bibliography CROSBI, Who's Who in Science in Croatia, ŠESTAR repository of scientific equipment, HRČAK repository of Croatian open access journals, and DABAR national infrastructure for institutional repositories, are the building blocks of the research infrastructure in Croatia. Jadranka is National Point of Reference (NPR) on open access to scientific information for Croatia. She is NOAD in OpenAIRE Advance and NI4OS projects, active in OPERAS consortia and member of the OPERAS-P project. She has been actively participating in TD COST Action TD1306 New Frontiers of Peer Review (PEERE) and CA COST Action CA15137 European Network for Research Evaluation in the Social Sciences and the Humanities (ENRESSH). Jadranka is a member of the SPARC Europe Board and the European Association of Science Editors - EASE Council. She was a national representative in PASTEUR4OA and active in the FOSTER project. While organization of research activities in Croatia remains her main focus, she is active as a researcher. She has expertise in scholarly communication, open science and data management, open access repositories and publishing platforms, research assessment, bibliometrics and altmetrics, and information retrieval. She is also involved in education and has taught courses, lectures and workshops on search and retrieval, digital libraries, research methodology, open access to the scientific information, open science and data management, research assessment and bibliometrics, etc. Jadranka is a Programme Chair of the PUBMET2020 Conference on Scholarly Publishing in the Context of Open Science (https://pubmet.unizd.hr) and ElPub2020: Charting The Futures(s) of Digital Publishing conference.
