I work with intelligent physical activity, health promotion i.e. weight loss, behaviour change, motivation, habit change, presenteeism and absenteeism, implementations and maintenance strategies i.e. MRC framework, lifestyle redesign, EBP, rehabilitation of chronic diseases, pain management, COPM and quality of life.
