Dr. Jianhai Chen is currently a lecturer of college of Computer Science and Technology of Zhejiang University (ZJU), China. The main courses include C programming language, computer science basis, and network programming basis, etc. He is a leader of virtualization research group in Intelligence computing and system lab (InCAS-lab) and leader of student supercomputing group of ZJU. He got his B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from Hunan University in 1997, M.E. and PhD degree in Computer Science and Technology from Zhejiang University in March 2006 and July 2016, respectively. His research interests cover high performance computing, blockchain, virtualization & cloud computing, performance evaluation & modeling, design and analysis of algorithms, scheduling and bin packing. He is also a member of the IEEE and the ACM. He has completed more than five projects and published more than 15 EI/SCI papers and applied more than 15 Chinese patents in the last few years. In recent three years, he has led ZJU supercomputing team to attend ASC Student Supercomputer Challenge (ASC). ZJU team won the First prize of ASC four times in ASC2014-2016,2018 and the highest computing performance prize in ASC2016.
