She has taught courses on topics including organizational behaviour, managing people in organizations, leadership, and teams at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA level. Jing’s research focuses on the topics of work meaningfulness, employees’ decision making, and employees’ well-being. Using a variety of research methods, in cross-cultural contexts, she explores (1) different levels of antecedents and consequences of work meaningfulness; (2) determinants of employees’ decision making at work; and (3) factors that impact employees’ well-being.Jing is interested in establishing collaborative relationships with researchers and students.
