I am interested in the following four (partly related) research domains: (a) conflict and negotiation, (b) motivation, effort, and performance in teams, (c) the relationship of work and health, and (d) the replicability of research findings/research on open science practices. I pursue research projects in all these areas together with my team at TU Dortmund University as well as with partners from other institutions.
