Joan R. Rosell-Polo

Joan R. Rosell-Polo received the bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Rovira i Virgili University, Tarragona, Spain, in 1997; the M.Sc. degree in physics from the University of Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain, in 1986; and the Ph.D. degree in physics (nuclear engineering) from the Polytechnical University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona, in 1989. From 1986 to 1992, he was an Assistant and Associate Professor at UPC. Since 1992, he has been with the Department of Agricultural and Forest Engineering, University of Lleida, Lleida, Spain, where he is currently an Associate Professor and a Member of the Research Group in AgroICT and Precision Agriculture. His research interests include precision agriculture, sensors, automation, and electrical engineering.
