Bio

Joel Grotz graduated from the University of Karlsruhe and the Grenoble Institute of Technology in electrical engineering and holds a Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm. He worked at the Technology Labs Department at Newtec Cy in Belgium, leading development projects and working on modems and novel satellite transmission techniques. Since 2016 he is with SES Engineering working on future communication satellite systems.
