I obtained my M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Computers Engineering in July 2015 from University of Porto, Faculty of Engineering (FEUP), Portugal. In my Master's program, I specialized myself in Telecommunications. Between September 2015 and December 2016, I worked as a R&D Intern at Proef Group - Eurico Ferreira where I have been involved in EU-funded projects (Celtic-Plus SooGREEN, 5G-PPP-SELFNET) and on the preparation of EU H2020/Celtic-Plus research project proposals. Currently, since February 2017, I am a PhD Student of Computer Science in the Internet Technology and Data Science Lab (IDLab) Research Group at Ghent University - imec, Belgium. My research interests include Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Software-Defined Networking and Network Function Virtualization.
