In June 2004, he obtained a doctorate degree in biomedical engineering from Zhejiang University, and in the same year he was engaged in teaching and research at Zhejiang University. During the Ph.D. research direction, the role of stochastic resonance in perceptual sense, attempts to explain the stochastic resonance phenomenon in perceptual sense with nonlinear theory, and thus developed sensory enhancement techniques. From November 2007 to November 2008, he was appointed by Zhejiang University to the Xianju County People's Government as assistant to the county magistrate. From 2009 to 2010, he was awarded the “Singapore Program” of Zhejiang University and was a visiting scholar at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota. He was mainly engaged in acoustic and magnetic coupling imaging technology. Since 2011, he has worked in the Department of Biomedical Engineering of Zhejiang University. He is mainly engaged in the research and development of clinical brain function monitoring equipment, and developed medical equipment used in the field of anesthesia and neonatal brain protection, and carried out intelligent detection algorithms around brain consciousness and brain damage.
