Jurong Ding received the B.S. degree in biomedical engineering from the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Chongqing, China, in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2012. From 2013 to 2018, she was an Assistant Professor with the School of Automation and Electronic Information, Sichuan University of Science and Engineering. Since 2018, she has been an Associate Professor with the School of Automation and Information Engineering, Sichuan University of Science and Engineering. She is the author of more than 30 articles. She holds two patents. Her research interests include multimodal neuroimaging analyses and applications, machine learning and deep learning with applications in image processing, and pattern recognition, and feature detection. Dr. Ding is a Council Member of the Sichuan Youth Association for Science and Technology. She is a Guest Editor of the journal Frontiers in Human Neuroscience.
