Kostas Tsagkaris (ktsagk@gmail.com) is a senior research engineer and adjunct lecturer at the University of Piraeus, Greece. He is a managing director at WINGS ICT Solutions. His current research interests focus on the design, management, and optimization of 5G networks, self-organizing and autonomic networks, software-defined networking, and the application of machine learning in telecommunication networks/management. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
