个人简介
Prof. Kai Zhang is committed to the design of high-performance electrode materials and electrolyte for lithium/sodium ion batteries. To improve the battery performance, the micro-nano structure, ion-doping, superlattice tunning, and solid-state electrolyte have been employed. Furthermore, the electrochemical reaction mechanism and structure-performance relationship of several novel electrode materials have been revealed by various in-situ characterization techniques. These studies provide a theoretical and technical support for the development of advanced electrochemical energy storage devices. Prof. Zhang has published over 90 papers, such as Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater., Nat. Commun., Joule, Energy Environ. Sci., Chem. Soc. Rev., with more than 10000 citations. His H-index is 42 (Google Scholar, Aug. 2022). He has been selected as a Korean Research Fellowship (KRF) Program member (2016-2019), the National Young Talent Program (2020-2023)(海外高层次人才青年项目), the Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program funded by CAST (2019QNRC001)(中国科协青年人才托举工程,中国化学会推荐). He was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (22005155 and 52072186) and the National Key R&D Program funded by Ministry of Science and Technology of China (2019YFA0705600).
