Kar Wei Ng received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer sciences from the University of California at Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, USA, in 2013. He was with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Hsinchu, Taiwan, as a Principal Engineer, until 2016. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the University of Macau, Taipa, China.
