Research Interests
Our lab gives CMB students the opportunity to design projects focused on better understanding the role of genetic variation in human disorders of bleeding or abnormal blood clotting. Our current projects utilize proximity labelling proteomics, genome-wide CRISPR screens and deep mutagenesis scans to better understand the role of different genes in the coagulation and fibrinolytic systems. No coding or previous molecular biology experience is required.
