Khairol A. Ahmad received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point, the M.Sc. degree in military electronic systems engineering from Cranfield University, U.K., and the Ph.D. degree from ISAE-SUPAERO, France. He is currently serving as the Assistance Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) and an Associate at the Centre of Defence Research and Technology (CODRAT) and the Centre of Cybersecurity and Industrial Digital Revolution (PKS&RID) at NDUM. His research interests include signal processing related to signal propagation in tropical area, mesh networks for the IoT applications, delay\disruption tolerant networks (DTN), machine learning, and radar applications.
