个人简介
His research can be divided into two main areas: (1) elucidating the impacts of global change (climate change, land use change and drought) on river ecosystems; and, (2) improving understanding of water quality and biogeochemistry of human modified river catchments (agricultural, urban), with a focus on dissolved organic matter and nutrient dynamics. Cross cutting both these themes is his interest in method development, specifically improving how we model and monitor aquatic ecosystems using mesocosm scale experimentation and in-situ, high-frequency environmental sensing.
