Chemo-enzymatic synthesis of bioactive molecules, Phenolipids, Isolation and characterization of plant based lipids and their derivatives, Bio-renewable polymeric materials from vegetable oils, Antimicrobial polymers, Biomolecule conjugates of polymers, Analytical Chemistry (GC, GC-MS, HPLC etc.,), Water purification, Polymeric sensors, Hydrogels: synthesis, characterization and application to human needs, Lipids as nutraceuticals/functional foods. Extraction and enrichment of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) from fungal lipids.
