Kushal Mukherjee (S’08–M’11) received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India, in 2006 and the concurrent Masters’ degrees in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, in 2009 and 2011, respectively. He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Scholar with The Pennsylvania State University. His research interests include symbolic dynamics, sensor networks, and multiagent systems. Dr. Mukherjee is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
