Bio

Kyung-Sik Choi (Member, IEEE) received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Daejeon, South Korea, in 2016, 2018, and 2022, respectively. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher with ETH Zürich, Zürich, Switzerland. His research interests include radio frequency (RF) integrated circuits and systems and high-frequency (terahertz) integrated circuits and systems based on complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) technology.
