Bio
Lihui Guo works with Prof. Rene Lutter in the Lung Group at the Dept. of Experimental Immunology, Amsterdam UMC, University of Amsterdam. I am really interested in infectious diseases, such as tuberculosis, fatal COVID-19, PASC, long COVID, post-COVID, Allergy, and EGC(cancer).
Research on the role of IDO in Tuberculosis has been conducted using cell line, murine model, zebrafish, and IHC for lung and brain from TB patients. IDO protects M. tub from being killed by antibiotics in macrophages.
