Dr. Krista develops automated solar image processing tools to identify solar phenomena related to space weather events. Dr. Krista's goal is develop consistent and robust space weather prediction tools that are reliable throughout the solar cycle and to understand solar activity within the context of the global re-organization of the solar magnetic field.
