Develop high quality algorithms and methodologies for real-time tracking of key structures in
temporal series of 2D/3D medical images (MRI, ultrasound, x-ray) and/or
- Develop probabilistic reasoning and machine learning algorithms for radiation therapy
- Implement software algorithms and/or applications, including design, unit testing, validation
- Develop models in order to assess the relevance, complexity, and technological feasibility of the
approaches
- Assess the quality and robustness of the approaches on clinical datasets, and optimize the results for stability
- Review literature to report on existing mathematical models
- Collaborate on various R&D projects, as required
