Lidong Wang

Wang Lidong, born in 1982, holds a Ph.D. degree and serves as an associate professor in Qianjiang College, Hangzhou Normal University. She completed her doctorate at the School of Computer Science at Zhejiang University. She is a senior member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), a member of IEEE, a member of the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Society (CAAI), a member of the CAAI Youth Work Committee, a recipient of the Hangzhou Outstanding Teacher in the Education System award, and a candidate of Hangzhou's Leading Geese Plan. She has also assumed roles as an expert in the Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Expert Database, an expert in the Guangdong Province Talent Expert Database, and a review expert for the Zhejiang Province Multimedia Works Design Competition, serving on the editorial board of the "Data Mining" journal, and routinely reviewing for journals including Information Processing & Management, Neural Networks, Expert Systems with Applications, and Journal of Supercomputing. She joined Hangzhou Normal University in 2007, taking up the position of the head of the Computer Teaching and Research Office at Qianjiang College and the head of the AI+ Micro-major Teaching and Research Office. From September 2020 to June 2021, she visited and conducted research at the School of Electronics and Information Engineering at Tongji University. From March 2022 to March 2023, she was appointed to a position at the Zhejiang Province Smart Medical Innovation Center. Her research interests encompass knowledge mining, social network analysis, and information retrieval. In recent years, she has published over 30 high-level academic papers in domestic and international academic journals as the first or corresponding author, with publications appearing in journals such as Information Sciences, Applied Intelligence, Neural Computing & Applications, Multimedia Tools and Applications, IEICE Transactions on Information and System, Journal of Electronics, and Journal of Circuits and Systems. She has spearheaded projects funded by the the National Natural Science Foundation (1 item), Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation (2 items), the Hangzhou Social Development Plan (1 item), the National Education Technology Planning Topic (1 item), the Provincial Education Science Planning Topic (3 items), and the Hangzhou Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Topic (1 item). As a core member, she participated in projects such as the China Engineering Science and Technology Knowledge Center Construction Project (CKCEST), the National Natural Science Foundation, and major scientific and technological projects in Zhejiang Province. She holds 10 national invention patents and 4 software copyrights.
