Bio
My research is about two-dimensional material-based novel devices and circuits. I am excited about my research since it is a promising way to overcome the short channel effect in Si based devices and can impact real life. That is different from Physics, what I learned in the undergraduate years. It is more related to industry and has direct application of my knowledge.
