Liu Zhang

Wenpeng Zheng received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from the Shandong University of Technology, Jinan, China, in 1998, the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Shenyang University of Technology, Shenyang, China, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Shanghai University, Shanghai, China, in 2006. Since 2006, he has been with the 21st Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Ltd., Shanghai, China, where he serves as a Deputy Chief Engineer. His current major research interest includes design of special electrical machines and actuators.
