Bio

Luca Pirro received the B.E. degree in physics engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin, Turin, Italy, and the M.S. degree in micro and nanotechnologies from the Polytechnic of Turin, and PHELMA-ING, Grenoble, France. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with IMEP-LAHC, Grenoble, France. His current research interests include material characterization, modeling, and semiconductor devices.
