Masanori Okuyama(奥山雅則)Professor

His current interests are preparation and characterization of ferroelectric thin films and their application to electronic devices including memory devices, sensors and actuators, and characterization of gate insulator films on silicon. Dr. Okuyama was awarded the Pioneer Contribution to Integrated Ferroelectrics, and the Memorial Award in recognition of Commerce and Industry of Osaka Prefecture.
