Bio
I am a research scientist with 3+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning and computational neuroscience. Understanding how visual perception in the brain works by leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning techniques drives my research every day. Especially, I think it is important to add interpretability to the predictive accuracy of deep neural network models of the brain to gain insights into mechanisms of biological computation. I am excited by the idea to implement the biologically inspired building blocks we develop into artificial neural networks.
