个人简介
I am a postdoctoral scholar in the department of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University . I am working with Prof. Edmund Clarke, a recipient of 2007 ACM Turing Award.
My primary research objective is to build safe and reliable Cyber-Physical Systems by combining techniques from formal methods and control theory. I have conducted research on modeling, verification and control of complex systems, specifically nonlinear biological systems. My research interest lies in the intersection of Cyber-Physical Systems, Hybrid Systems, Formal Methods, Control Theory and Systems Biology.
I earned my PhD in 2015 from the department of Computer Science at Stony Brook University , where I worked in CMACS project, an NSF expedition in computing, under the supervision of Prof. Scott Smolka and Prof. Radu Grosu . In my dissertation, I addressed the challenge of modeling and verification of nonlinear biological systems, especially, the cardiac dynamics. I completed my Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), the leading engineering school in Bangladesh.
