个人简介
I am an organizational change management researcher and consultant. My focus is on analysing organizational change and inertia qualitatively through the lens of organizational routines (Routine Dynamics) during various internal and external change initiatives. I am also interested in knowledge and capability (re)combination and (re)creation through Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), as well as market entry strategies and the operationalisation of those strategies in international business contexts.
As an advisor, I help managers and executives think through critical issues that underlie the management of change and organizational inertia in their organizations. I have worked with a wide range of public and private sector organizations, including British firms, European universities, and SMEs and incubators from Latin America and the MENA region.
My current projects include investigating the 'Mechanisms of Dynamic Inertia in Credit Rating Agencies' together with Omid Omidvar, Aston Business School and Vern Glaser, Alberta School of Business, and 'Routine Dynamism in Routine Replication in the Royal Air Force', together with Alessandro Alvarenga, the University of Edinburgh Business School.
