Bio
Mohamed Hussein Eissa (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. degree in electronics and communications from The American University in Cairo, Cairo, Egypt, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree from the Technical University of Berlin, Berlin, Germany, in 2019. He has worked for two years with Silicon Vision LLC., Cairo, Egypt, as an Analog Designer for Bluetooth standard. From 2011 to 2014, he was with Hittite Microwave, Cairo, as an RF and Millimeter-Wave Designer for point to point communication. Since October 2014, he has been working with the Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics (IHP), Frankfurt an der Oder, Germany, as the Research Scientist and then the Group Leader of the Millimeter-Wave and THz Sensors Group, Circuit Design Department. His research interests include RF and millimeter-wave circuit designs for communication and sensing applications.
