Current work focusses on Semiconductor devices (Thin Film Transistors, NAND memory devices using semiconducting oxides and perovskites), Artificial intelligent system (closed loop Sensing and haptic systems with machine learning), Neuromorphic devices (synapse, neuron, threshold switches), Mechanical energy harvesting (TENG, DEG devices) Previously also worked on simulation softwares : LUMERICAL FDTD, COMSOL, OOMMF, MATLAB.
