Ali is a well qualified electrical engineer with a practical experience of more than 5 years in renewable energy integration, power electronics, and control. Moreover, he has an experience of more than 4 years in research and academia. His areas of expertise include renewable energy, microgrids, battery management system, electric machine drives, industrial electronics, nonlinear and optimal control.
He has worked on the concept design of ground rig to test the integrated power plant of electric aircrafts. Further, he has worked on the development of commercial battery management systems with capability to estimate the battery's health and perform active/passive balancing of the cells in a battery pack.
