个人简介
I love to tackle complex multi-disciplinary problems.
The doctoral research spanned theoretical computer science, computational geometry, geometric modeling and simulations, and computational structural molecular biology. Recently I have been exploring statistical uncertainty quantification, high-dimensional data representation and analysis, and applications of machine learning for computational biology.
I completed my PhD in 2014 from the Computer Science Department at the University of Texas at Austin, on 'Predicting multi-body assembly of proteins' under professor Chandrajit Bajaj. Here is more on my research, publications, and a fairly recent resume.
After graduation, I briefly worked as a lecturer, teaching Algorithms and Complexity (CS 331) in Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 in Computer Science Department at the University of Texas at Austin. I simultaneously worked as a post-doc, mentoring 2 graduate and 3 undergraduate students.
Currently I am working in the geometric modeling and meshing team at CD-Adapco, which is the industry leader in computer modeling and simulations for various physical systems.
Before starting graduate school, I was a lecturer at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
