个人简介
Natalie Stollon, MSW, MPH is a healthcare social worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities of all ages.
She has extensive experience working with youth and young adults with chronic illness and/or disability, especially in the areas employment and transition from pediatric to adult healthcare. Natalie works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams throughout the hospital system and the city to improve systems and programs for vulnerable youth and young adults. She is the clinical lead for a grant-funded employment program for youth with a chronic illness or disability who are or have been in foster care, and has a particular interest in developing innovative and trauma-informed programs that are person-centered.
Natalie is on the faculty of the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She has taught at the undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate level on healthcare policy, interdisciplinary teamwork, health disparities, and transition to adulthood topics.
