Oyvind Tafjord

Oyvind Tafjord is a Research Scientist at AI2. Prior to AI2 he was the Chief Architect of Wolfram|Alpha, playing an integral role in building up that system, from parsing algorithms and knowledge representation to overall systems architecture. He received a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from Princeton in 1999 and a master degree from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in 1994.
