个人简介
An early research project investigating how social networks affected ordinary people's access to clean drinking water in Manila led Dr Petr Matous to observe that certain individuals in each community tended to benefit while those on the margins struggled. This experience convinced him to devote his career to rigorously examining the roles social networks play in contexts with less-efficient institutions and infrastructure, with a view to restructuring such programs to ensure more equitable access.
