I am well experienced in core molecular biology during my PhD and postdoctoral period. My research work was majorly focused on study of fungal disease in plants using a multiomics approach, characterization of the candidate gene to understand it's role in stress response, and genetic engineering of plants for enhanced tolerance to the pathogen. Currently, I am working towards exploring the nutritional aspects of millets, to ensure food security.
