Bio

Qiuping Jiang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from Ningbo University, Ningbo, China, in 2018. From January 2017 to May 2018, he was a Visiting Student with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is currently a Professor with Ningbo University. His research interests include image processing, visual perception modeling, and deep learning, with applications in computer vision. Dr. Jiang received the Best Paper Honorable Mention Award from the Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation. He serves as an Associate Editor for IET Image Processing, Journal of Electronic Imaging, and APSIPA Transactions on Information and Signal Processing.
