Bio
Raviprasad Aduri is currently an assistant professor with the Department Biological Sciences, BITS Pilani, K K Birla Goa Campus, India. His research is mainly focused on application of computational tools in understanding the Biomolecular Interactions. His group has developed ’XRPI’, a sequence based tool to predict RNA protein interactions, that uses domain knowledge and gradient boosting algorithms. He is actively involved in developing tools to predict QM properties of small molecules by combining graph theoretical representation of molecules with neural networks.
