Bio

I am a molecular biologist with a broad background in cancer and developmental biology research with a special focus on angiogenesis and vasculogenesis. I am interested in (immuno)histology, microscopy and comparative quantitative image analysis. Thereby, I am particularly interested in translational research by analyzing underlying mechanisms of diseases to find new biomarkers and incorporate them into routine diagnostics.
