Rutu Parekh received the B.E. degree in electronics and communication from Gujarat University, Gujarat, India, in 2000 and the M.Eng. degree in electrical engineering (specializing in microelectronics) from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, in 2005. She is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the CRN2 laboratories, Université de Sherbrooke, Sherbrooke, Canada. From 2001 to 2003, she was with Nirma University of Science and Technology, India, as a Lecturer. Her research interests include emerging nanoelectronic device such as SET and its hybridization with CMOS by developing its fabrication models and a codesign methodology, parameter optimization, and hybrid SET-CMOS cosimulation, in order to create a platform for future nanoelectronics.
