个人简介
I am interested in the role of the ocean and sea ice in climate variability and predictability on time scales of few seasons to several decades. My initial research interest was focused on better understanding the mechanisms of variability of the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC), its preditability and impact on climate. My current research is articulated around the following topics :
The role of Arctic sea ice in the climate system
Ocean decadal variability and its impacts on climate
Air-sea interactions in western boundary current regions
Modelling climate interactions with Earth System Models
