Samia Subrina

Samia Subrina (M’12) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical and electronic engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2003 and 2006, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of California Riverside, in 2011. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, BUET. Her research interests include modeling, simulation, and characterization of nanostructured materials; thermal transport in graphene; and thermal management of nanoscale devices.
